On November 12, all the kids (and lots of adults) gathered at the church for our fall festival. The newly formed youth group (Blue Top Youth Group) decided to sponsor a dunking booth, which was a HUGE success. We also had face painting, thanks to Ms. Elaina and her talented staff.

The youth also boiled peanuts, and hamburgers and hot dogs were grilled, under the watchful eyes of Bro. Raymond, Erica, Bro. Steve, as well as a host of Alabama fans (Roll Tide!).

A hay ride had also been organized, thanks to Bro. Rusty and Sister Jennifer. Finally, Bro. Raymond and Sister Tammy prepared for the "Fear Factor" game, which was a big hit last year. Bro. Raymond had Bro. Rusty and Bro. Steve act as team captains, and the crowd cheered on each team member as they took their challenge. Since the teams tied, a tie breaker was needed- so both captains stepped up. Although it was close, Bro. Rusty pulled it through for his team. Some of the wonderful foods included in the game were pork brains, limes, potted meat, baby food, peanut butter crackers, tuna in kimchi and clams. Yummy!
