We believe that the 66 books of the Old and New Testaments are the unerring, divinely authoritative, complete and sufficient word of God. The scripture is the supreme authority for faith and life.
We believe in one God who exists in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The three persons of the Godhead are equal in power, divinity and glory.
We believe that all men are sinners. We all deserve eternal death for our sin. Doing good deeds cannot erase our sin. Good works show gratitute to God for His grace but they cannot buy our redemption. The only way sinful people can be made holy is through the redeeming work of Jesus Christ.
We believe that the second person of the trinity became a man through the virgin birth and yet still remains fully God. He lived a righteous life, died, suffered the punishment that his people deserved, and was raised again. We believe he ascended to the right hand of the Father from where he rules and reigns as Lord or heaven and earth. He will return bodily to gather all of his people and to establish the eternal glory of a New Heaven and earth.
We believe that the Holy Spirit of God isthe third person of the trinity. Believers in Christ are sanctified and conformed into the image of Jesus Christ, preserved in faith and prepared for glory, through the personal work of the Holy Ghost.
